The
difference between a hero and a villain is largely determined by what
people think and believe. And … the thoughts and beliefs of men and
women tend to change, especially over a period of time and with
additional experience.
Perhaps,
that is why today's heroes become tomorrow's villains just as today's
fools become tomorrow's venerated examples.
I
sometimes wonder if, in reality, there are no villains and heroes,
only people doing their best while others are observing and judging
from their own distorted perspectives.
Unfortunately,
accusers almost always fail to view the entire experience,
motivations, and reasons, nor comprehend the full set of events,
thought processes, and perspectives. Therefore, it may be wise to
reconsider what we think we see … because we may be simply wrong.
